FAQs

Our Skegness store can guide you through O2 Recycle. You’ll complete it online - once your phone has been sent and checked, you’ll get paid within a few days.

We can help with small fixes, but for major repairs your device will need to be sent away. We’ll arrange everything, explain the steps, and contact you when it’s back.

Our team will set you up with your new phone, from activating your SIM to moving your data across. We’ll also answer any questions to make sure you’re ready to use it.

Click and Collect is available. Place your order online, select Skegness, and bring your ID when you come to collect once you’ve had confirmation.

We’ll explain your options for paying your bill. You can do it in store or manage payments yourself through the MyO2 app.

You can ask us about Virgin Media broadband and TV bundles in store. For technical support or repairs, Virgin Media will help you directly.
