We’ll help with small issues in store. If your device needs a full repair, we’ll book it in, send it away, and keep you updated along the way.

Bring your new device to us and we’ll help with everything from SIM activation to transferring your contacts. We’ll also walk you through the key features so you feel confident using it.

Click and Collect is available here. Order online, choose O2 Grimsby, and come in with your ID and confirmation email when it’s ready.

You can pay or get support with your bill in store. Our team can also show you how to use the MyO2 app, which makes it easy to manage payments on your own.

Yes - we can talk you through Virgin Media broadband, TV and bundles. For help with existing accounts or technical support, Virgin Media’s own team is best placed.
