FAQs

At O2 Newark On Trent we’ll guide you through O2 Recycle. The service is managed online - register your device, post it with the free returns pack, and payment will be made within 3 to 5 working days after inspection.

We can look at small fixes in store, but bigger issues will be sent away to our repair centre. We’ll sort out the booking, let you know what to expect, and keep you updated until it’s back.

Our team can help with everything from SIM activation to transferring your contacts and photos. We’ll also walk you through handy features so you’re confident using your new device.

Click and Collect is available here. Order online, pick Newark On Trent as your store, then bring your ID and confirmation email when your order is ready.

You can talk to us about paying your bill in store. We’ll also show you how to use the MyO2 app, which makes payments quick and easy from anywhere.

You can ask us about Virgin Media broadband, TV or bundles. For existing account queries or technical issues, Virgin Media’s dedicated support team will help you directly.
