FAQs

Our Lincoln store can show you how O2 Recycle works. You’ll complete the steps online, send your device for free, and payment will follow within 3 to 5 working days.

If it’s a small issue we may be able to help in store. For anything bigger, we’ll book your phone in, send it off, and keep you informed until it’s ready to collect.

Bring your phone to O2 Lincoln and our team will get you set up. We’ll transfer your data, activate your SIM, and show you the basics so you’re good to go.

Click and Collect is available. Just order online, choose Lincoln, and bring your confirmation and ID once it’s ready to pick up.

We’ll explain the different ways to pay your bill. You can pay in store or use the MyO2 app to keep track of your account and make quick payments.

You can speak to our team about Virgin Media’s broadband, TV and bundles. For customer service or repairs, Virgin Media’s own support team will take care of it.
