Dual Lipa was born on 22 August 1995, in London, England. With a family background of Kosovar Albanian descent, she spent some of her childhood in Kosovo before returning to London. As a British singer-songwriter she’s gained widespread recognition for her music. Blending Pop, R&B and other genres has made her a prominent figure in the global music scene.

Edward Christopher Sheeran MBE was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire but grew up in Framlingham, Suffolk. His songwriter journey began at the young age of eleven.

With a soaring record of over 150 million records sold globally, the English singer-songwriter holds a prominent position as one of the world’s top-selling music artists. In the United States alone, Sheeran boasts an impressive 101 million RIAA certified units. To top things off, two of his albums have secured a coveted spot on the list of best-selling albums in UK chart history.

Self Esteem - the musical project of Rebecca Taylor, is from Rotherham. Contributing to the Indie Pop and alternative music scene, with her distinct voice and genre-blending sound. Best known for her emotive lyrics and powerful vocals. Self Esteem explores themes of both self-discovery and empowerment. Through releases like “Compliments Please”, she’s made her mark in the Indie music landscape, connecting with audiences seeking authentic and relatable narratives.

Sir Tom Jones, whose full name is Sir Thomas John Woodward is a Welsh singer. Born on 7 June 1940, in Treforest, Pontypridd, Glamorgan, Wales. Tom Jones is known for his powerful voice and has built a successful career spanning multiple decades. Earning him a reputation as one of the most iconic and enduring performers in the music industry.

Joy Division originated from Salford, Manchester. The group was formed in 1976 and band members included Ian Curtis, Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook and Stephen Morris. They played a significant role in the post-punk movement, known for their unique sound and the haunting vocals of Ian Curtis.

Delia Derbyshire 1937-2001 was born in Coventry, England. A musician and composer, best known for her groundbreaking work in electronic music. She was a key figure in the creation of the iconic “Doctor Who” theme tune in 1963, using innovative techniques and electronic sound generators. Derbyshire worked at the BBC Radiographic Workshop, where she contributed to various television and radio productions. Her experimental and avant-garde approach to sound design and electronic music left a lasting impact on the field. Despite facing challenges as a woman in a male-dominated industry, Derbyshire's influence on electronic music and her legacy continue to be celebrated.

Bicep are an electronic music duo, formed in Belfast in 2009. Their genre-blending music fuses House, Techno and Breakbeat. Famous for live shows and DJ sets, their 2017 self-titled album featuring tracks “Glue” and “Aura” received critical acclaim. They also co-founded the influential Feel My Bicep blog and record label.

The Wurzels formed in 1966 in Somerset, England. The British Folk band known for their humorous and parodic songs, particularly those celebrating rural life and agriculture. Like their 1976 hit single “Combine Harvester”, which topped the UK charts and gained them widespread recognition. The band’s music often characterised by a West Country dialect, incorporates elements of Folk, Country and comedy.

Singer-songwriter Lewis Calpaldi was born on 7 October 1996, in Glasgow, Scotland. Calpaldi rose to fame with his breakthrough single “Someone You Loved” and has since become one of the leading figures in contemporary Pop music.

Becky Hill was born on 14 February 1994 in Bewdley, Worcestershire, England. The singer-songwriter gained widespread recognition after taking part in the first season of “The Voice UK” in 2012. Since then, Hill has become a successful solo artist known for her powerful vocals. Contributing to various music genres, including Dance, Pop and Electronic music.
