Astrology continues to shape the choices we make more than many of us might expect, especially when it comes to travel. From when we book to how we explore and even how often we message home, our star signs appear to influence the way we holiday.

Our new research reveals that almost half of Brits admit their horoscope plays a role in major life decisions. Among 25–34-year-olds, that figure rises to 78 percent. Wellbeing, relationships and travel are all areas where the stars are increasingly guiding behaviour.

As January marks peak holiday-planning season, we wanted to understand how different zZodiac signs approach travel and what that means for staying connected abroad. With inclusive EU roaming included as standard on our plans, travelling across Europe can feel a little more relaxed, whatever your sign.

Our research shows that each star sign brings its own personality to travelling, from meticulous planners to last-minute bookers.

We found that Geminis are the most independent travellers, with over two in five having taken a solo trip. Sagittarians are the most likely to fully switch off, with almost a quarter admitting they never message home while away. Aries tend to book on impulse, while Cancers are the most organised, planning well in advance.

These differences don’t just shape how we travel, they influence how we stay connected too. While many of us message home daily, nearly one in five people admit they don’t check their roaming settings before travelling, something that can quickly turn a relaxing break into a stressful one.

Staying in touch while travelling is second nature for many of us, whether that’s sharing moments with loved ones or navigating a new city. That’s why inclusive EU roaming remains such an important part of the travel experience, helping remove one less thing to think about while you’re away.

To bring the research to life, we partnered with Astrologist Helena Hathor to explore how different signs might align with European destinations in 2026. From adventure-filled escapes to slow, restorative breaks, the pairings reflect the natural instincts and travel styles of each Zodiac sign.

Whether you’re planning every detail months in advance or booking on a whim, our research shows that travel is becoming more personal, more emotional and more closely tied to how we see ourselves. And wherever the stars take you next, staying connected across Europe can be one less thing to worry about.
