What to do if you can’t connect or if you need a replacement SIM.

Mobile broadband not working
If you are having trouble connecting, visit the Live Status Checker to see if there are any network problems in your area.

If there are no network issues and you’re still unable to connect, pop into an O2 store or get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Replacing your SIM
If your SIM is lost, stolen or damaged, you can call us on 0344 809 0222 to get a replacement.
