New customers – device orders
If you've ordered a device from us, it'll be delivered by courier. Once you've received an email telling you your device has been despatched, you’ll be able to track the delivery online on the ‘My orders’ page of My O2.
New customers – sim only
If you've ordered a sim only deal, your sim will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. It'll usually be delivered to your home the next working day, but please allow five working days.
Existing Pay Monthly customers – device orders
If you're an existing Pay Monthly customer expecting a replacement or a new device, you’ll be able to track your order in My O2, once you’ve had an email saying it’s been despatched.
Accessory orders
If you’ve ordered an accessory, you won’t be able to track your order. But don’t worry, it’ll be with you before long.
