At a cash machine
If your bank or building society offers the service, you'll be able to top up your mobile phone at cash machines throughout the country. (Check the list below to see who does.)
To top up all you have to do is:
- Enter your bank account debit card and PIN
- Select Mobile Top-Up (sometimes under other services)
- Select O2
- Choose your Top-Up denomination (£10, £15, £20, £30, £40, £50)
- Enter your mobile phone number. You'll be asked to enter this twice to make sure the correct mobile phone is topped up
You'll then see a 'Top-Up successful' message on the cash machine screen and you'll receive a confirmation receipt for your records. We'll also send you a text. Your Top-Up will be paid for directly from your account.
