Any call or text you make or send from the UK to another country will be classed as an international call or text. This applies to all destinations outside the UK – including our Europe Zone. And this means you’ll be charged at our calling abroad standard rates.
You can avoid our standard rates, however, if you get our International Bolt On. It costs just £3 a month and means you can make calls to overseas mobiles and landlines from just 1p a minute.
Can the cost of the International Bolt On included in a Spend Cap?
No – If you have a Spend Cap, the price of this Bolt On will not be included
What if I don’t have the International Bolt On?
If you don’t have the International Bolt On, you’ll be charged our standard international call rates for any calls or texts from the UK to an overseas number.
