It's easy to switch
Step one
Tell us your MAC code (available from your current provider).
Step two
Sit back and relax, we'll do the rest, including putting in a new landline if needed. Should only take 2 weeks to get you switched over.
Step three
We'll send you your wireless box with simple instructions, and tell you when to plug it in. You shouldn't be without broadband for more than a couple of hours.

O2 Home Broadband and Home Phone are subject to availability and you need O2 Home Broadband to get O2 Home Phone. There's a 30 day or 12 months minimum term contract and you have to pay by direct debit. 3 months free broadband offer ends 31 October 2010. If you choose the 30 day option there's a connection charge. These prices include a £5 discount for O2 mobile customers (unless it specifically says they're for everyone). If you're on Pay & Go, you must top-up a £10 minimum every 3 months to keep your discount. Our fair usage policy applies. If you take any Bolt Ons there are some terms. For any chargeable calls you make, there's a minimum 9p set up fee. The details of which calls are chargeable are on the O2 Home Phone packages page. They're also in our FAQs.
