Pay & Go customers can sign up at www.o2.co.uk/register. A four digit PIN keeps your account secure. Need help signing in? Click Forgotten sign in details or click for help at any time.

To make it even easier for you, once you have signed in, you can set up a memorable PIN so that you can use this each time to get even quicker access to the app. If you sign out of the app, you will need to sign in again with your username and password and reset your PIN.
