How to sign in

You'll need a username and password to sign into the My O2 app.

If you've used My O2 on our website, the same username and password will also get you into the app.

If not, choose one of the options below:

  • I've got a username and password for My O2, but I can't remember it
  • I don't have a username and password for My O2. I need to set one up
  • I'm not sure if I've got a My O2 username and password or not

When you sign in to the app the first time, you'll be asked to set up a memorable PIN to use in future. That'll make it quick and easier to sign in next time.

Access to the My O2 app is simple. If you're a Pay Monthly customer you'll be able to use your My O2 online credentials or get a reminder at www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Pay & Go customers can sign up at www.o2.co.uk/register. A four digit PIN keeps your account secure. Need help signing in? Click Forgotten sign in details or click for help at any time.

Please note:

  • You'll need at least iOS 4.3 to use this app.
  • The My O2 app is not available to O2 business and corporate customers.
  • When using this app abroad, data roaming charges apply.

Help with signing in

Sign in with your username and password. If you're a Pay Monthly customer you'll have been given this when you joined us and don't worry if you've forgotten these, we can give you a reminder – just click SIGN IN HELP.

If you are a Pay & Go customer you can sign up quickly and easily for My O2 at www.o2.co.uk/register.

To make it even easier for you, once you have signed in, you can set up a memorable PIN so that you can use this each time to get even quicker access to the app. If you sign out of the app, you will need to sign in again with your username and password and reset your PIN.
