FAQs

If your device has a fault, bring it into O2 Taunton and we’ll run through a basic diagnostic check. Smaller issues might be sorted on the spot, but for anything more serious, we’ll organise a professional repair and keep you posted while the work is being completed.

Our team will help you set up an eSIM on a compatible handset, ensuring the download and activation go smoothly. We’ll also explain how to swap between profiles or manage the settings if you use more than one number.

The store is step-free with enough space to move comfortably if you’re using a wheelchair or pushing a pram. If you’d like extra help while in store, just let the team know.

Thinking of changing your plan? We’ll look at your current usage, explain your upgrade or switch options, and handle the change in store so your new plan is ready to go before you leave.

Our team can guide you through logging into MyO2, resetting your password, or checking any charges you don’t recognise. We’ll also show you features in the app that make managing your account simpler.

Virgin Media services, from broadband to TV bundles, can be discussed in store. We’ll explain what’s available for your area and how to get started. Any ongoing service support is handled by Virgin Media directly.
