FAQs

Switching is straightforward in store. Our team can check your current usage, explain available tariffs and move you onto a new plan right away so you leave with everything ready.

If you’ve got a phone that supports eSIM, we’ll handle the download and activation in store, confirm connectivity and explain how to manage it later on.

We’ll assess your device when you bring it in. For simple fixes we may be able to help in store, while bigger issues will go through our repair service. You’ll be updated along the way.

Dolphin Shopping Centre car park is right next to the O2 store, so it’s the easiest choice if you’re driving into Poole.

We can help you explore Virgin Media services like broadband and TV bundles, and check availability in your area. Any ongoing support comes directly from Virgin Media.

Billing queries, login resets and account updates can all be sorted in store. We’ll also show you how to keep track of your account using MyO2 on your phone.

The store is designed with step-free access and open space for easy movement. A member of the team will be happy to help if you need extra support.
