FAQs

Our Ormskirk team can show you how O2 Recycle works. The process itself is online: register, send off your device, and receive payment once it’s processed.

We’ll try to resolve small problems in store. If your phone needs repairing, we’ll arrange for it to be sent away and keep you posted while it’s being fixed.

Yes, absolutely. Bring in your new phone and we’ll help set it up - from inserting your SIM to transferring your photos and apps.

You can use Click & Collect here. Simply order online and collect when your device is ready. Don’t forget your confirmation code and ID.

We’re here to support you with bill payments in store and can also show you how to manage everything through the MyO2 app.

Our team can help with Virgin Media broadband, TV and bundle enquiries. Technical support is handled directly by Virgin Media’s team.
