FAQs

At O2 Middleton, our team can walk you through O2 Recycle. The process itself is online - simply register your old device, send it in, and get paid once it’s been received and checked.

Yes. We can try to solve small issues on the spot, but if your device needs a full repair, we’ll organise this for you and keep you updated until it’s back in your hands.

Absolutely. Whether you’ve collected a new phone in store or ordered it online, we’ll help with SIM setup, transferring your data and showing you the basics.

Click & Collect is available here. Place your order online and bring your order confirmation and ID to collect from us.

Our friendly store team can help with payments or billing queries, and also show you how to manage everything yourself in the MyO2 app.

Ask us about Virgin Media broadband, TV or bundles. For service queries or technical issues, Virgin Media’s own team will get you sorted.
