FAQs

If your device needs attention, we’ll take a look in store and let you know the best next steps. Smaller checks can sometimes be handled on the spot, while more complex repairs will be arranged securely through our repair service with regular updates until it’s ready.

The Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre has its own large car park, giving you easy access to the O2 store and the rest of the centre’s shops and cafés.

If you’ve got an eSIM-ready device, we’ll set everything up for you in store. Once installed, we’ll make sure it’s working as expected before you leave so you can start using it straight away.

The store is wheelchair-friendly with step-free access and enough space inside to move around comfortably, making it welcoming for all visitors.

From password resets to updating your details or explaining how to manage your bills in MyO2, our team can walk you through everything step by step.

If you’re ready to change your tariff, we’ll guide you through the available options, explain how each one works, and handle the switch while you’re in store.

We’ll happily explain Virgin Media’s broadband, TV and bundle options available locally. For anything to do with billing or technical issues, their dedicated support team is on hand.
