FAQs

Our team in Hastings can help if you’re having trouble logging into MyO2, need to understand your bill or want to check allowances. We’ll go through it with you carefully and make sure you know how to keep on top of things going forward.

If you’d like to look at new plan options, we’ll check your eligibility, explain the tariffs available and handle the switch in store. Your new plan will be live before you leave.

Priory Meadow Shopping Centre car park is the most convenient option when visiting O2 Hastings, as it’s just a short walk away and places you right by the store and town centre.

For compatible phones, we can install and activate your eSIM in store. We’ll test the connection to make sure it’s working perfectly before you leave.

Minor issues may be resolved while you wait, but if your phone needs more work, we’ll arrange for it to be repaired securely through our service process and keep you updated until it’s back.

You can chat with us about Virgin Media’s broadband and bundle packages in store. For billing or technical queries, Virgin Media’s own support team is best placed to help.

The store has step-free access and a layout designed to make browsing comfortable. Our team is on hand if you’d like any extra assistance during your visit.
