FAQs

Yes – we’ll go over Virgin Media services such as broadband, TV and bundles. For account or technical support, Virgin Media’s own help team will handle your queries.

Princes Mead Shopping Centre car park is the most convenient spot for visiting O2 Farnborough, with direct access to the shops.

If your phone supports eSIM, we’ll get it installed and activated for you in store. We’ll also check it’s up and running before you head out.

Smaller issues can sometimes be sorted in store, but for anything more, we’ll send your phone off for repair and keep you updated throughout the process.

The store is step-free with a clear layout inside, making it simple for wheelchair users and visitors with prams to move around.

We’ll guide you through resetting your login, checking your bill, or using MyO2 to manage your account on the go.

Yes – if you’d like to move to a different tariff, our team will show you what’s available and complete the switch while you’re with us.
