FAQs

O2 Recycle is run online, but our Chester - Eastgate team will explain exactly how it works. You’ll register your device on the website, post it free of charge and once it’s been checked you’ll get paid in just a few days.

Our team will do their best to fix smaller issues while you wait. If your phone needs more extensive repairs, we’ll get it booked in, sent away, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes. We’ll help you set up your new phone whether you’ve picked it up in store or collected it via Click & Collect. That includes SIM activation, data transfers, and making sure you’re confident with your new device.

Click and Collect is available. Simply order online, choose O2 Chester - Eastgate, and collect when it’s ready. Make sure you bring your order confirmation and some ID to pick it up.

We can help answer questions about paying your bill and show you how to make payments through the MyO2 app, which is the easiest way to stay on top of your account.
