FAQs

Whitefriars Shopping Centre car park is the most convenient option and places you a short walk from the O2 store and the rest of the city centre.

Our Canterbury team can reset logins, explain charges on your bill and show how to manage your account through MyO2 so you can keep everything under control.

The store can outline Virgin Media broadband and bundle options; Virgin Media’s own support teams handle account and technical queries after that.

We’ll carry out in-store diagnostics where possible and arrange specialist repairs for more serious issues, keeping you informed from start to finish.

Bring your details in and we’ll discuss suitable tariff options, any costs involved, and process the switch in store so it’s active straight away.

O2 Canterbury has step-free access and a layout that supports easy movement for wheelchairs and prams.

If your phone supports eSIM, we’ll download and install the profile with you and confirm it’s working before you head out.
