FAQs

Our Middlebrook team can walk you through O2 Recycle, though the actual trade-in is completed online. Post your device after registering and you’ll receive payment in just a few days.

We’ll look at minor issues on site. If your device needs more, we’ll help you set up a repair, send it off, and make sure you’re updated every step of the way.

We’re happy to help you get your new phone ready to use. Bring it in and we’ll handle SIM setup, data transfer and feature guidance.

Click & Collect is available at Middlebrook. Order online, bring your confirmation code and ID, and collect when it’s ready.

Our team can help with bill payments and explain how to use the MyO2 app for future payments.

You can ask us about Virgin Media broadband, TV and bundle deals in store. For service support, Virgin Media’s specialists will take care of you.
