FAQs

Our Bluewater team can help you reset passwords, understand your bills, or show you how to make the most of MyO2 for managing your account.

You can chat to us about Virgin Media packages, including broadband and TV bundles. For anything account-related, Virgin Media’s own team will provide direct support.

We’ll check your device in store to see if it’s something simple that can be sorted quickly. If it needs more detailed repair work, we’ll send it away and keep you informed throughout.

O2 Bluewater is fully accessible with step-free entry and a spacious design, making it comfortable for wheelchair users and families alike.

Bluewater Shopping Centre has several large car parks, all offering direct access to the centre. The closest depends on where you enter, but all are just a short walk from the O2 store.

If you’re ready for a new plan, we’ll show you what’s available and take care of the switch while you wait.

We’ll download and activate your eSIM in store if your phone supports it. Before you leave, we’ll make sure it’s all set up and ready to use.
