FAQs

eSIM activation is available in store for compatible phones. The team will download the profile with you, run a quick check to confirm it’s working, and answer any questions you might have about switching between profiles.

We’ll assess your phone in store first and see if a quick fix is possible. If not, we’ll arrange a full repair, explain the expected timeframe and make sure you know how we’ll keep you updated.

Our team can go through your current plan and usage, talk you through the alternatives and help you switch on the spot. By the time you leave, your new tariff will already be up and running.

Green Lanes Shopping Centre car park is close to the O2 store and offers easy access to the rest of the town centre.

If you’re interested in broadband or TV bundles, the Barnstaple store team can explain Virgin Media options and availability. Any ongoing support after you sign up is handled directly by Virgin Media.

From login resets to bill checks, our Barnstaple team can sort out account queries in store. We’ll also show you how to use the MyO2 app to manage everything more easily in the future.

Step-free access is available at the store, with wide aisles designed for easy movement. The team is also on hand if you’d like some extra support during your visit.
