FAQs

There’s plenty of parking available at Union Square Shopping Centre, including accessible bays. It’s secure, easy to find, and just a short walk to the O2 shop - perfect if you’re picking up a new device or popping in for support.

Yes, absolutely. Whether you’re switching to an eSIM or need help getting yours set up, our team at Union Square can guide you through it, get you connected, and answer any questions along the way.

We’re located right next to Aberdeen’s main train and bus stations, so getting here by public transport couldn’t be easier. Just head into the shopping centre - you’ll find us on the ground floor opposite Costa.

Looking to change your tariff, check your bill, or update your details, our team can help you manage your O2 account in-person and show you how to use MyO2. No appointment needed - just drop in and we’ll take care of it.

Pop in and we’ll check which Virgin Media broadband packages you can get connected to at your home. If you're already with Virgin Media and O2, check with our team about Volt perks - it’s our way of giving you double data, faster speeds, and more, at no extra cost.

Yes - both Union Square and our O2 shop are fully wheelchair accessible, with lifts, ramps, and step-free access. If there’s anything else we can do to make your visit easier, just let us know.
