How do I claim my subscription?

It's easy. We’ll send you an email with all the details and a link to redeem, around seven days after your next bill. You'll need to read and agree to the terms and conditions first. Then enter your number, so we can check you're eligible for the offer. Once we've done this, sign in to your Netflix account or create a new one. Your subscription will be added automatically.

How do I use my subscription?

Once you've created your Netflix account and redeemed your subscription, you'll be able to stream your favourite TV shows and movies. Simply download the free Netflix app to your phone or tablet and sign in to your account. No hassle. No ads. And you can watch as much as you want, whenever you want.

You'll be signed up to the Standard subscription, so you'll even be able to watch on two screens at the same time.

When does the offer end?

You’ll need to have changed your tariff on or before 17th January 2019. And you’ll need to redeem your free Netflix subscription by 28th February 2019.

What happens at the end of my subscription?

Once your gift period is over, you’ll automatically move to a paid subscription (currently £7.99 a month for the Standard Plan; Netflix Service price plans subject to change). We'll add it straight to your phone bill, using Charge to Mobile. If you no longer want your Netflix subscription, you can cancel at any time.
