An excellent way to Top-Up your calltime securely is with E Top-Up . It’s easier than buying a standard voucher each time you want to Top-Up . You can re-use the same card over and over, so Topping-Up is quick and easy.
To use E Top-Up
Your O2 E Top-Up card must be activated before you use it for the first time. You can activate your card in two ways. The quickest way is to key:
*148*19 digit number#SEND
Or call 248 free from your mobile phone and follow the prompts to activate your card. Following the call your card will be activated within a few minutes.
Once activated, using your card couldn't be easier. Simply hand over your card and cash, in any outlet where you see the green Top-Up logo.
Your E Top-Up card will be swiped and your mobile phone will be automatically Topped-Up.
E Top-Up: use it as a gift
You can now buy E Top-Up as a gift for someone else. Simply pick up one of the new E Top-Up cards available in stores, bring it to the till and ask them to load the amount you'd like. Then, before the calltime can be used the card will need to be activated to the recipient's mobile phone.
This can be done by:
Entering *148* followed by the 19-digit number printed on the reverse of the card followed by the five-digit PIN found under the scratch panel. Then press # followed by SEND.

OR
calling 248 free from the mobile phone and following the prompts.
Within seconds a message will be sent to confirm that the calltime has been loaded to the mobile phone.
How do I get an E Top-Up card?
You can get an E Top-Up card in thousands of outlets throughout the UK. Check out our Store Locator for your nearest outlet or order an E Top-Up card online and it will be posted to your address. You will need to activate the card to your mobile phone before you can use it to Top-Up .
