O2 Refresh explained

We’ve been busy improving O2 Refresh to make it even easier to pay off your Device Plan. From now on, you’ll be able to set up one Direct Debit for all your billing accounts, meaning you can manage your payments in one go rather than as separate Airtime Plan and Device Plan bills like before.

You don’t need to do anything, your existing payments and Direct Debits will continue to be billed automatically by O2 – as a single bill covering the cost for your devices and the airtime (your calls, texts and data).

Everything else stays the same. O2 Refresh still lets you change phones whenever you want and you'll still receive free technical advice from our O2 Gurus, have free nationwide access to O2 Wifi, and enjoy exclusive deals and discounts with O2 Priority.

If you have O2 Switch Up, you can switch to a new phone every 90 days. And you won’t even have to pay off your current plan – we’ll settle it for you.
