What is mobile email?

Get more out of your mobile internet experience and keep up with your emails on the move. If you've got the web on your phone, you've got email too. You can access all your favourite email sites through O2's mobile internet and O2 Active. It's as easy as logging on using your PC or Mac.

How do I get it?

Launch the web browser on your phone. You'll find the Email & Chat section on the homepage of O2 Active or under the Directory tab if your phone has mobile internet. Click on Email & Chat, you can then choose your favorite email account and log in as normal.

How much does it cost?

There is no separate charge to use Email on your phone, the usage is included in all our data plans.

For both Pay Monthly and Pay & Go customers, our Web Bolt On plan will get you unlimited* internet browsing and email usage for just £7.50 per month.

For less commitment, Web Daily** gets you unlimited* internet browsing and email usage for maximum £1 per day. Or if you're on Pay & Go, you are charged depending on how much data you use, at £3 per MB***.
