Important news for roaming charges From 7 November, we’ll need to add VAT to roaming rates outside of our Europe Zone. This means a few changes:

• Call charges for all destinations outside of our Europe Zone will now be £2 a minute
• Text charges for all destinations outside of our Europe Zone will now be 50p a text
• Data charges for all destinations outside of our Europe Zone will now be £7.20 per MB

Call charge increases will start from 12 midnight local time on 7 November. If calls started on 31 October and ended on 7 November you’ll be charged the old rate. Text and data charge increases will start from 12 midnight GMT on 6 November
