The O2 Wallet is now closed.

When we launched the O2 Wallet 18 months ago we were one of the first mobile wallets around. Since then lots has changed for us, the market and our customers. So, we decided to close the O2 Wallet on 31 March 2014 to give us time to look into new and better ways to help people manage their money on the move, both in the UK and abroad.

The O2 Wallet app and O2 Money card will no longer work after the closure date of 31 March. Any outstanding money will be returned to customers from the 10th April 2014, either to the bank account registered in your O2 Wallet or by a cheque to your registered address

If you haven't received your remaining balance by the 31 April please call us free from an O2 mobile on 10202 or from a landline on 0844 701 0202.
