...however you like. By person, by department, by call type or by mobile, it's up to you. You can also separate business calls from personal, so you can keep an eye on costs. And that's not all! Do you charge calls back to clients? Monitor how much a client costs you in phone calls? Or enter your costs into a business ledger? With My Bill Analysis you can also label your calls with a unique identifier which makes it even easier to view the breakdown online. You can then download the list into a file and transfer the information straight to your ledger.
We'll send you an email every month to let you know your latest invoice details are ready to view. You then log on at your own convenience and view your costs and usage online. And you'll still receive your printed bill in the post as normal.

Any O2 business with 1-250 mobile phones. You can also invite your colleagues to log on and view their own mobile phone information.
How to get the most from the service
- Decide who should have administrator access, who is able to accept offers and make changes
- Decide if your business mobile users need access to their mobile usage and details without administrator access. Then set up yourself and then setup your colleagues. (We can help you with any set up.)
