Make a payment
You can pay your bill by:
- Direct Debit, which is normally prearranged when you set up your account
- If you have not set up a Direct Debit and wish to pay monthly you can:

- Please use your account number as reference. This can be found on any O2 bill. If paying multiple accounts please send a remittance to remittance@o2.com
- This payment method may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account
- Calling 8222 from your mobile (have your credit or debit card ready)
- Calling 0800 977 7337 FREE from a landline
If you currently have a bar on your account due to miss-payment, we recommend that you pay your bill over the phone to ensure the bar is removed within 24 hours.
