Technology can be liberating if it's allowed to be
IT isn't about jumping through technological hoops; it's about liberating us so we can communicate from anywhere and at any time. We've known that for the 30 years we've been helping people work, buy and do things differently. And that's why we know that business isn't technology or mobile first, it's people first.
And that's the same for an engineer working in a muddy field as it is for a sales rep sitting in a meeting with a client. It's why we look at what individuals need to do their jobs, before we even think about the technology. Once we understand that, then we look at the security, policies, devices, apps and other tools that can support them.
It's pretty simple, really. If you think of your people first, technology will always work for them, not against them.
