With wifi your numbers are truly mobile

Stay in touch even when you can't get a signal. Use wifi to call, text and check voicemail.

We're closing TU go

TU Go is closing on 30th November 2017. You'll be able to use it up until then but you'll need to make sure you've saved any messages or images that you don't have elsewhere as the app won't work after this date. With O2’s launch of Wifi and 4G Calling on many current and new devices, it now means that you can make and receive calls whenever you are connected to wifi without the use of an additional app.

Wifi Calling

The following phones will allow you to make a wifi call wherever you have a wifi signal, without the need for an additional app:

iPhone X, 8, 7, 6S, 6, and SE (including Plus models)
Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, S7, S7 edge and Note 8 *
Sony XZ Premium, XZ1 and XZ1 Compact*
*Android devices must be using O2 firmware in order to work with Wifi Calling. You can find out how to get set up and check if your device is compatible at the following link

How it works

Call anyone, from any wifi connection

You might be using TU Go, but your colleagues and clients don't need to. You can make a call or send a text via wifi, while they're using their phone just like normal. It'll be charged at your standard UK rate.

Avoid roaming charges abroad

Spain. New York. Dubai. It's all the same when you're on TU Go and using wifi. You can call home at the standard UK rate. International calls will be charged at your standard rate from the UK.

Call from any device

Phone battery's dead? No problem, you can use TU Go on your laptop or tablet to make that call. You can check your voicemail or send and receive texts too – on any of your devices.
