The Challenge

Critical requirement for people to make and receive calls wherever they are. Particularly important as a health and safety issue when lone workers found that they were unable to use their phone when they needed them.

The Solution

After conducting a technical evaluation Cambridge City Council found that O2 had the best coverage to suit the council's need. O2 managed the implementation process, including providing support to unlock old handsets, transfer contacts and talk users through the migration process.
