We’re making some changes to our Mobile Landline service. This means that from Thursday 21st January, existing Mobile Landline customers may notice some changes to their service features.

Why is this happening?

We always aim to deliver a great customer experience on all our products and services. A number of unforeseen changes have occurred recently which have caused us to review how we deliver the Mobile Landline service to match our customer promise. In order to provide an uninterrupted service to our customers we’ve had to temporarily move to an interim service.

What does this mean for me as an existing User?

We’re confident that most customers won’t experience any changes to their service; however some customers may lose some Mobile Landline features as we migrate over to our new platform. We will contact all customers currently using Mobile Landline to explain what this interim service means to them.
However if you are affected, please complete this form and we’ll arrange for changes to be made for you.

Can I still self-serve?

The self-serve facility isn’t available currently. We are working hard to restore this as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime if you are affected by the changes, we recommend you complete this form and we’ll arrange to update your Mobile Landline features.
