Blue Mondays – Digital Game Rules

The terms for this Promotion incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority prize draws. 

  1. This Promotion is promoted and administered by Telefonica UK Limited, with a registered address of 500 Brook Drive, Reading, RG2 6UU (“O2”). 

  2. Eligibility: You need to be 18+ to play. You must be an O2 customer or Virgin Media broadband customer and registered on Priority to enter. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third-party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any Prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants. Maximum of one entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. 

  3. How it works: The Promotion will run each Monday only, from 5 - 26 January 2026 (‘Promotion Period’). During the Promotion Period there are four chances to enter, between the hours of 00:00 BST until 23:59 BST each Monday (‘Entry Window(s)’). 

  4. In order to enter, you must first register with your name, email address and mobile number. This can be done at any time during the Promotional Period. You only need to register on the first occasion you play. 

  5. On each day during the Promotional Period, our computers randomly select a number of “winning moments” when different prizes are available. You can choose to enter on one occasion at any time during each Entry Window. 

  6. To enter, tap ‘Use now’ in the ‘Blue Mondays’ offer in the Priority App during an Entry Window to reveal your Unique Entry Link. Once you have your Unique Entry Link and when you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Play now’ button on the Priority app. 

  7. You play by choosing the moment at which you want to make your entry during the Entry Window. Enter by tapping/clicking where indicated on the screen. The time of each entry will be recorded by O2’s systems at the precise moment at which it is made. Entries which coincide with one of the pre-determined ‘winning moments’ (or constitute the first entry received immediately after such a winning moment) will win the prize corresponding to that winning moment. Shake or tap your phone to reveal if you have won a prize. In the event that a player does not win one of the prizes during a ‘winning moment’, or is first after a winning moment, they will instead receive a ‘Guaranteed Reward’, as detailed in Clause 19 of these terms. 

  8. Prizes: All Prizes are described in Clause 18 of these terms. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective Prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion. If a winner does not accept a Prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, the prize will lapse. 

  9. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are personal to the applicable winner and cannot be resold. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, O2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.

  10. Prizes do not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in the relevant Prize details outlined in Clause 18 and neither O2 or any provider of all or any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

  11. Winner notification: Provisional winning entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize.

    a. A list of winners of major prizes and their counties of residence will be made available on request.

  12. These terms and the entry instructions apply alongside the general prize draw Terms and Conditions, found at www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

  13. Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating the Promotion. If you win a Prize supplied by a third party, O2 may need to provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the Prize.   14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

    a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed
    b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator
    d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means
    e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means
    f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process
    g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions
    h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion

  15. O2 and its associated companies, agencies and Prize suppliers are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. O2 is not liable for any personal and/or property damage caused as a result of entering this Promotion.

  16. Neither O2 nor any Prize supplier will be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations arising from but not limited to Acts of God including without limitation, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, power outages, attacks on IT infrastructure, natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  17. By entering this competition, you consent to the use of your likeness, name, and story for administrative and promotional purposes without additional compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, social media, and other marketing channels.

In the event of any conflict between the terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2.1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to individuals with an Eligible Contract. An Eligible Contract is any one of the following:
For an existing O2 customer: O2 PAYM (Pay Monthly) contract. Excluding Pay As You Go and Business customers.
For an existing Virgin Media customer: any broadband only contract. For customers with a Virgin Media bundle, only the standard monthly broadband charges will be taken into consideration for calculating the Prize. The Prize does not take into account charges for TV, Home Phone or any other additional services beyond the standard recurring charges. For an existing Volt customer: both an O2 Eligible Contract as set out at clause 2.1.a above and a Virgin Media Eligible contract as set out at clause 2.1.b above will be taken into consideration for calculating the Prize.
2.2. The Prize does not take into account any charges beyond those standard recurring charges, including but not limited to: add ons, premium services, out of bundle usage, pay per use events or content, roaming, insurance, late payment fees, installation/activation fees, equipment non return fees, or early termination charges. Any such additional charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

There will be eight (8) winners in total. Two winners per weekly draw.
Prize: For the remaining of their Eligible Contract term, up to a maximum period of 12 months (Prize Term), each winner will receive a monthly account credit or discount calculated based on the value of the standard charges of their Eligible Contract monthly bill. This account credit / discount will be automatically applied to offset the standard charges of the winner’s monthly bill.
For the entirety of the Prize Term, the total account credit or discount to be received by the winner will be limited to up to £2,000.
For customers with less than 12 months remaining on their Eligible Contract, the account credit or discount will be applied only for the remaining months of their Eligible Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize will not cover any out of contract pricing following the Prize Term.
Promotion Period and Draw Dates: Promotion runs 5 January 2026 – 1 February 2026. The weekly draw dates are each Monday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th January 2026.
If a winner’s account if closed or suspended during the Prize Term, the Prize will expire and O2 will have no further liability.
General: No cash alternative. This prize is non-transferable and will be applied to the verified bill payer’s account only.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Prize Draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the Prize Draw; amend these Terms & Conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
If any part/s of these Terms are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
