Priority Instant Winners Promotion - Advert Calendar December 2023

These terms incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority Prize Draw.

Eligibility: You need to be 18+ to play. However, if the winner of the Disney+ trip is under 21, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. You must be an O2 customer or Virgin Media broadband customer and registered on Priority to enter. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 x Tier 1 Prize. There is no maximum number of Tier 2 Prizes a person can win.
How it works: The promotion will run for 25 days only, from the 1 December 2023 (‘Promotion Period’). During the Promotion Period there are 25 chances to enter, between the hours of 10:00 GMT until 22:00 GMT each day, from 1 December 2023 until 25 December 2023 inclusive (‘Entry Window(s)’).
The first Entry Window gives you the opportunity to secure a Unique Entry Link that can be used once a day throughout the Promotion Period.
To enter, you need to tap ‘USE NOW’ in the Advent Calendar Offer in the Priority App during an Entry Window to reveal your Unique Entry Link. Once you have your Unique Entry Link and when you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Go to Site’ button on the Priority app. The first time you enter, fill in your details (full name, email address and mobile number) and click ‘Submit’. For any subsequent entries during an Entry Window, personal details will not be submitted. Then open today’s door to find out if you have won.
To win, you need to correctly enter during a mystery, predetermined “winning moment” or, if no one enters during a “winning moment”, as close as possible to that winning moment. If two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, prizes will be allocated to the first entry received by O2 on a “first past the post” basis. No other method of entry is valid.
There is an aggregate total of 10,016 “winning moments” and 10,016 corresponding Prizes across the Promotion Period. There are 816 Tier 1 Prizes and 9,200 Tier 2 Prizes. If a winner does not accept a Prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, O2 may, at its discretion, re-use said Prize in other promotions and offers.
Prizes: All Prizes are offered as described in Clause 21 of these terms. Prizes are separated into two tiers. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective Prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are for the applicable winner and cannot be resold. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, O2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.
A Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in the relevant Prize details outlined in Clause 21, Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, and neither O2 or any provider of all or any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs.
Winner notification: Provisional winning entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize.

a. For Tier 2 Prizes: Winners will be sent an email immediately with their Prize.

b. For Tier 1 Prizes excluding £5,000 Waitrose e-Gift Card, lastminute.com Holidays and Disney+ Trip: Provisional winning entrants will be immediately asked to complete the claim form with their personal details (county of residence) on the entry site. For Michael McIntyre tickets, provisional winners will be required to provide their guest’s name and email address.

c. For £5,000 Waitrose e-Gift Card, lastminute.com Holidays and Disney+ Trip: Provisional winners will be phoned via the phone number used to enter within 3 working days to claim their Prize. They will be sent a follow up confirmation email detailing their Prize.

d. For all Prizes: Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winning entrant will be confirmed as a winner. Further details relevant to each Prize can be found in Clause 21, Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 below. If required, details must be provided promptly in accordance with instructions given by O2 or the Prize suppliers. Unless stipulated otherwise, provisional winning entrants must follow the instructions and claim their Prize within 14 days of initial contact.

If a provisional winning entrant does not follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. O2 won’t be held responsible, and the Prize will be deemed unclaimed. Following the end of the Promotion Period, in the event of any unclaimed or unwon Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that PromoVeritas conducts a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion Period, the number of Prizes, if any, that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a winner is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of that Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing o2priority@promowinners.com. If a winner does notify the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

If there’s a conflict these terms take precedence. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the Tier 1 winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for 8 weeks. The winners list will be available at www.promowinners.com/o2-2023/. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a Prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the Prize. If you have won, O2 will ask for your consent then O2 may communicate your name and county to showcase that a particular Prize has been won, and if you provide O2 with your X (formerly Twitter) and/or Instagram handle when entering, O2 may give you a shout out on the relevant social media platform. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a) Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b) Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.c) Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

c) Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

d) Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f) Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g) Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h) Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

O2 and its associated companies, agencies and Prize suppliers are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
O2 nor any Prize supplier will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
This Prize draw is promoted and administered by Telefonica UK Limited (“O2”).

Vue Tickets	200	By entering the Promotion, an entrant has the chance to win one of 200 x pairs of tickets for a standard 2D film screening at Vue Vue tickets are available to be won during an Entry Window on 4th, 10th, 15th, 20th and 24th December 2023. A pair of Vue tickets will be provided to a winner by email as two 16 digit e-codes. The 16 digit e-codes can be exchanged online or at a Vue cinema for a standard 2D film session of your choice. The codes are not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative or special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior Friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene Screenings. The codes will expire on 31 October 2024. Expiry dates cannot be extended. If you are unable to attend the screening once booked, you will not be able to request a replacement ticket(s) and you will not be able to receive a refund. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative prize.

Virgin Experience Day e-Gift Cards are available to be won during an Entry Window on 7th, 11th and 17th December 2023. Winners will receive a gift card number and security code via email. The e-gift card will need to be redeemed and used by 23 November 2024. The gift card can be used across experiences sitewide. It can be applied to full-priced and special offer experiences but cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional/discount codes. Disney+ Family Trip to Lapland	1	By entering the Promotion, an entrant has the chance to win one x Disney+ family trip to Lapland for four people. Disney+ Trip to Lapland is available to be won during an Entry Window on 25th December 2023. At least one person travelling must be aged 21 or over. If the winner is under 21, they are required to a bring a guest aged 21 or over. The minimum age for all activities is 6. The Prize includes all of the following: Four-night stay with breakfast and dinner, sharing a Kelo Cottage Return economy flights from any London international airport to the destination, including one checked bag per person, subject to availability Return airport-hotel transfers A Reindeer Safari A Snowmobile and husky wilderness adventure A night-time northern lights snowmobile safari Travel insurance Travel must be taken between 1 November 2024 – 26 March 2025, Friday to Wednesday only, excluding local and Finnish national holidays. All dates are subject to availability. This travel period cannot be amended or extended. Winner will forfeit the Prize if they fail to travel before 21st March 2025. A minimum of 60 days’ notice is required before the chosen departure date. Once the trip is booked no changes are permitted. Hotel is based on four people sharing one cottage. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals. All snowmobile safaris include guide services, driving instructions, insurances and fuel. The Northern Lights are a sporadic phenomenon. They occur randomly for short periods, or possibly not at all. Should the winner wish to travel outside of the winter season, any activities not available will be substituted for those of an identical monetary value. Certain parts of the Prize may require particular levels of health or fitness. Entrants should ensure that they are capable of meeting the required standards. Travel insurance cover is for those up to and including the age of 75. Except for the three guest(s) permitted to you as part of your Prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the trip. Your guests may not be selected through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. You and your guests must travel on the same itinerary from a Sponsor-selected airport/station near your home. Once selected, your guests may not be changed without the express consent of Performance Entertainment, which Performance Entertainment may grant or withhold in their sole discretion. Nothing in this travel package authorises any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this Prize package in association with Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “Prize provider.” The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the Prize travel package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize travel package, or Prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.
