Blue Mondays Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern Your use of and participation in the Blue Mondays programme (“Blue Mondays”), delivered via the Priority from O2 application (“Priority App”).
These terms and conditions Blue Mondays Terms & Conditions incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority prize draws found at www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions. If there is a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those in any promotional material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
Information About Us
For the purpose of these terms and conditions "We", "Us" and "Our" means Telefonica UK Limited of 500 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 6UU, United Kingdom. "You", or "Your" refers to You, the customer and user of the Priority Blue Mondays programme (the “Promotion”) offered via the Priority from O2 Application (“Priority App”). By using the Priority App and registering for Priority Blue Mondays, , You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
How it Works
Blue Mondays consists of recurring promotional rewards and prize opportunities made available through the Priority App each Monday.
In order to participate , You must first register with Your name, email address and mobile number. You only need to register on the first occasion You play. You hereby warrant that all information submitted by You to Us is accurate and current. O2 reserves the right at any point to verify the eligibility of users through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Registration may be withheld until verification is completed.
Participation in Blue Mondays is subject to any further applicable promotional terms and conditions at the time of entry, which You should review carefully to understand all participation requirements, eligibility requirements and Prize details.
Eligibility
To register for Priority Blue Mondays You must be aged 18 years or over, be an O2 customer or Virgin Media broadband customer and registered on Priority, be based in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Mann), and have downloaded the Priority App. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third-party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any Prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants. Maximum of one entry is permitted per person per Entry Window during the Promotion Period.
Prizes
Blue Mondays prizes and rewards (“Prizes”) are subject to availability and may only be available while stocks last.
All Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective Prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Promotion. If a winner does not accept a Prize or a winner cannot be verified, the Prize will lapse.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are personal to the applicable winner and cannot be resold. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, O2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.
Prizes do not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in the relevant Prize details and neither O2 or any provider of all or any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
We will not be responsible for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. O2 does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Blue Mondays platform, the entry page or Priority App.
Links to Third Party Websites
Links to third party websites and companies may appear on the service. Such third party websites are not the responsibility of O2 and We accept no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites.
Components of Blue Mondays and the Priority App are supplied to Us by third parties and We cannot be held responsible for and do not accept any liability, either express or implied as to such components, including but not limited to their accuracy, relevance or quality.
You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the availability of any third party products and services or what You access through Priority. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services available from such third parties. Any dealings between You and any third-party advertisers or merchants found on or via the Priority App, including payment for and delivery of products, services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between You and the relevant advertiser or merchant. Therefore, We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.
We accept no liability or responsibility for any of the third party rewards, offers or products and services provided by third party suppliers. The third party suppliers will be supplying products and services to You on their own standard terms and conditions. Please note that third party offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Our Liability
Use of the Blue Mondays platform is at Your own risk. We and our associated agencies and companies and Prize providers are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with registration and or use of the Blue Mondays platform or accepting or using a Prize or reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude Our liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
We do not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any content made available on Blue Mondays platform, including any Prizes. To avoid doubt, we disclaim all liability and responsibility for any reliance placed on information contained within the platform or any other content provided by third parties.
Neither O2 nor any Prize supplier or partner are liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
Intellectual Property belonging to Us or Third Parties
Blue Mondays, the Priority App and branding, and features within Blue Mondays and Priority are protected by intellectual property rights belonging or licensed to O2, its licensors or to third parties. No licence is granted to You in respect of any such rights, except to the extent required for Your personal use of Blue Mondays and or Priority in accordance with these terms and conditions. O2 and any other O2 product or service name are trade marks of or licensed to O2 and You shall not be entitled to reproduce such marks without our prior written consent.
Data Protection
By registering on the Blue Mondays Platform, You will be required to provide certain personal information. You agree that the information supplied by You to Us may be used by O2 and/or our agents for the following purposes which shall include but are not limited to: administering the promotional activities which form part of Blue Mondays, communicating with You if You have won a Prize, sending You Priority messages, monitoring the use of the service, and from time to time evaluating if we can improve the service for customers. If You have won a Prize, You may be notified directly in the Priority App or could receive further communication from our third-party prize fulfilment agency PromoVeritas, or directly from our partners via email and or telephone. If You win a Prize supplied by a third party, O2 may need to provide Your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling You to redeem or receive the Prize. Your information will be treated in accordance with O2's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/privacy-policy.
General
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Subject to the clause below, Your continued use of the Blue Mondays Platform will be deemed to have accepted the varied terms and conditions which will be posted on www.o2.co.uk/terms.
Where we make a change in such a way that is not to Your exclusive benefit, we will notify and You may cancel this Agreement and stop using the Platform. Notification will be in the Priority App and You will be requested to accept the changes before continuing into the experience. We may also notify You via electronic message, text message or by email (if You have registered Your email address with us). We will also post details on our website at www.o2.co.uk/terms.
We may not notify You of changes to this Agreement if a change is purely administrative and has and no negative effect on You or if we are required by law to make the change.
Any use of the Blue Mondays platform by You is on an "as is" and an "as available" basis. You agree and accept that Blue Mondays is not a fault-free Platform and is for Your own personal use and shall not be used for commercial purposes. Any use of Blue Mondays is entirely at Your own risk and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation loss of income, data or other information as a result of the use of Priority.
We seek to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If You enter in a way that is not consistent with these terms and conditions, Your entry/ies (and any of Your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and We reserve the right to bar You from entering future promotions. For this reason, We reserve the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these terms and conditions
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

Jurisdiction

Full Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, who are an O2 or Virgin Media broadband customer and are registered on Priority, excluding employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected or professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, a valid email address and registration on the Priority App are required.
3. Promotion Period: Enter on any Monday between 00:01 BST on 6 April 2026 and 23:59 BST on 27 April 2026 inclusive.
4. To Enter: Visit the Priority App every Monday during the Promotion Period.
a. First entry: Complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address, mobile number) to be entered into the Blue Mondays monthly draw.
b. Following entries: Click ‘enter’ to be entered into the Blue Mondays monthly draw.
c. Full House Bonus entry: Enter every Monday during the Promotion Period in order to earn 1 x Bonus Entry into the Blue Mondays monthly draw.
5. Maximum of 4 entries (1 each Monday) is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Maximum 1 Bonus Entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
6. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x Ultimate weekend in London including a day at The O2 and other VIP experiences worth £10,000. The prize is fully customisable by the winner and includes the following:
i. Up to four tickets to a headline show of your choice, subject to availability at The O2 arena, London, taking place on the Saturday;
ii. Access to The O2 Blueroom for up to four people with 12 complimentary drinks pre-show (3 drinks per person);
iii. Four tickets for the Up at The O2 experience;
iv. Welcome message on the digital screen inside the Foyer at The O2;
v. Queue jump escorted by O2 Angel on the night of their selected gig.
7. Further Prize Details & Conditions:
a. The Prize is valued at £10,000, and must be used to book a fully customisable weekend, including travel, accommodation and excursions in London in which the winner and their guest/s must all travel together.
b. The Prize includes a headline show at The O2 of the winners choosing, which must take place on the Saturday.
c. Any cost over £10,000 will be at the Winner’s own expense.
d. If the final value of the weekend booked is under £10,000, the balance of the prize fund will not be awarded to the winner in the form of cash.
e. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
f. The Prize must be taken over a weekend from Friday to Sunday during 2026.
g. The O2 Prize is valid for one show date between May 2026 and 31 December 2026 on a Saturday ONLY.
h. The winner must confirm their preferred O2 gig and show date within 14 days of claiming the Prize.
i. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
j. O2 Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.
k. The winner will need to create an account with AXS using the email address provided and will find their tickets live in the AXS and/or The O2 venue app 48 hours prior to the event.
l. The winner and their guest/s will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers or Promoter if any element or event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
m. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
n. Once O2 tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
o. The winner and their guest/s must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the premises and match. The premises and event organisers shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
p. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, make any offensive chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
q. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the match/venue.
r. The winner and their guest/s must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
s. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your rooms and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
t. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
u. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
v. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or fulfilment of their Prize.
w. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time and cannot be delayed to another date.
x. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly included in the £10,000 and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
8. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
9. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on first entry, within 7 working days of Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.
10. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing bluemondays@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
11. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at by emailing bluemondays@promowinners.com . Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
12. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
13. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

14. Entrants must complete their details using their full legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and to require them to return any Prize they may have won.
15. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Priority from O2 App.
17. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV 20229) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the Priority Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
