Bupa Well+ Subscription reward T&C's
This reward entitles you to receive a free 12-month Bupa Well+ Silver subscription, worth up to £600. You will have seven days to redeem from the point the reward email is sent and you will not be required to provide medical history or bank details when you subscribe. To redeem the reward, you must download the Priority from O2 app and enter the required details via an in-app message, which will appear when you first open the app. You will have the choice to select a ‘Single adult’ (RRP £240), ‘Couple’ (RRP £480), ‘Adult plus children’ (RRP £360) or a ‘Couple plus children’ (RRP £600) plan. Please note that the ‘Adult plus children’ and ‘Couple plus children’ plan both cover up to four children (up to and including age 24) who may reside at a different address. For the ‘Couple’ and ‘Couple plus children’ plan, the couple must both live at the same address. A couple would include your husband, wife, civil partner or person you live with in a relationship. Also, children under the age of 16 will only be able to use the Digital GP appointment service. All services are subject to availability. Once you have entered your details via the in-app message, your details are passed to Bupa who will be in touch within 10 working days to confirm you have been enrolled successfully and will advise how you can access your services in the My Bupa app.
You must be aged 18 or over to redeem this reward and must be a resident in the United Kingdom for at least six months during the 12-month subscription. You will only be able to access your Bupa Well+ services whilst in the UK. At the end of the subscription period, the subscription will not be auto-renewed.
Please note individuals who hold a Bupa Private Medical Insurance policy (whether directly or via their partner, family or an employer) are not eligible for access to Bupa Well+. Any attempted registration will be cancelled as you may already have access to some of Bupa’s digital healthcare services. In the event that you unknowingly sign-up your partner and/or children who already have access to a Bupa Private Medical Insurance policy, they will be removed from your plan and it will be adjusted accordingly.
If you, or someone that you would like to include under the Bupa Well+ Silver subscription, thinks that they need to see a healthcare professional in person to explain their medical needs then the Bupa Well+ Silver subscription is not suitable for you or them. This is because all services are provided remotely via the My Bupa app.
Your Bupa Well+ Silver subscription will include the following services:
• Digital GP appointments with a private prescription service (prescriptions are at additional cost)
• Six remote physiotherapy appointments each year and access to self-managed treatment programmes
• Two hours of mental health coaching, 10 unsupported online self-management sessions and eight remote cognitive behavioural therapy appointments each year plus up to six 60 minute counselling sessions
• On-demand remote fitness and wellbeing classes
Services excluded from your Bupa Well+ Silver subscription:
• NHS prescriptions
• Any consultations with a specialist
• Prescriptions for certain medications including controlled drugs
• Physical examinations and reports which require access to full medical records
• Antenatal or maternity care
• Drug and alcohol rehabilitation services
• Immunisations or vaccinations
• Any tests including but not limited to diagnostic blood tests
• The purchase of any equipment or other additional items

O2 terms: These terms and claim instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the Priority App T&Cs, which can be found under your app ‘Settings’.
O2’s decision as to offer allocation is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Applications not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend this promotion and/or review and revise these T&Cs at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these T&Cs, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
