My bill
This is the first page you see when you log in to view your bill. It gives you a
summary of the charges on your latest bill. To be able to view your bills
online you will need to use the username and password provided when you first
joined O2. If you have forgotten or do not know your username and / or password
follow this link -
www.o2.co.uk/login . Use the
left hand navigation or select any of the active links in the bill, such as 'My
monthly extras' or 'What I've used' for a more detailed breakdown of your
charges. Details of how you can contact O2 Customer Service, plus information
relating to your account, such as your account number, your address and the
date of your bill, can be seen on the right hand side of the bill.
