My tariffs
This section details your tariff and its monthly cost. If you are new to O2 and this is your first bill or you have recently changed your tariff then the link on this line or 'My tariffs' on the left hand navigation will provide more details of your tariff. If this is your first bill, your tariff charge will be a little higher than the monthly charge for that tariff as your first bill covers charges from the date you joined O2 plus one month's tariff charges in advance. If you have changed your tariff within your billing period, this section will detail the charges and partial refunds (if appropriate) for both your original and your new tariff.
