Most phones are locked with a pin code. If you enter the wrong pin too many times, your sim will be blocked and you won't be able to make and receive calls or texts. When this happens, you'll need your PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code to unblock your sim.

To find your PUK code, enter your number below. Or sign in to My O2, go to My device, then Device details.

If you put in the wrong PUK code 10 times, your sim will be permanently locked and you will need to speak to our customer care team.
