For customers who have shared tariff accounts, this section will only show on your bill if:
- You are a new O2 customer and this is your first bill, or
- You have recently changed your tariff.
For customers who have multi tariff accounts, these details are shown in the ‘Now for the detail’ section for each mobile later on in the bill. Please select the relevant category for more information.
