  1. You must purchase the case and screen protector at the same time in an O2 Store or Online.
  2. The Promotion will be available in O2 stores and Online from 9th February 2017 - 22nd March 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. Participants must retain their receipts as proof of purchase. 
  4. O2 reserves the right to substitute the reduced price screen protector for an alternative of equal or greater value. This decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. If you wish to return the case, the screen protector must be returned with it for a full refund to be issued.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only includes the screen protector and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
  7. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
  8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  9. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
