Double Data and Discount on SIM Only Tariffs of 2GB or more (the "Offer") - Offer terms & conditions

  1. Eligibility: Offer only available to new and upgrading consumer customers who sign up to a 30-day or 12-month minimum term contract (accepting the standard O2 Pay Monthly Terms, and subject to status and credit check) ("Eligible Customers") with a SIM Only tariff package that includes a 2GB or more data allowance ("Qualifying Contract") in the Offer Period.
  2. Offer Period: 00:01 on 26 May 2016 to 00:00 on 29 June 2016.
  3. How to participate: Eligible Customers must select and sign up to a Qualifying Contract during the Offer Period ("Participants"). Customers whose applications or orders for the Qualifying Contract are not successful or whose orders are not accepted within the Offer Period are not eligible and cannot participate.
  4. Offer Contents: Participants will automatically receive:
    1. A data allowance that is double the size provided as standard with the selected, qualifying full- priced tariff ("Double Data"); and
    2. A discount on the Monthly Service Charge for the selected qualifying full-priced tariff (the "Tariff Discount"). The size of the Tariff Discount will vary depending on which of the qualifying tariffs are selected and full details will be set out in the respective marketing material. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tariff Discount does not apply to any additional charges or services for which the Participant has been billed, over and above the Monthly Service Charge.
Double Data and the Tariff Discount will be applied to the Participant's tariff for as long as they remain on the Qualifying Contract. Participants who switch tariffs for whatever reason, whose Qualifying Contract has been ended (either by the Participant or Us) or who fail to comply with any of the terms of this promotion will cease to qualify for Double Data and the Tariff Discount. Customers who disconnect and reconnect (for whatever reason) are not eligible for this offer.
  1. Amending or withdrawing the Offer: O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time on reasonable notice. Participating customers will receive 30 days' notice via text message before promotional data is withdrawn.
  2. Existing customers: Existing customers must upgrade and change to an eligible calling plan to take up this Offer. In these circumstances any unused inclusive allowance will be lost.
  3. Pay Monthly Terms apply: Connection to pay monthly is subject to status and credit check.
  4. Data allowances must be used within the month. Unused allowances cannot be carried over into subsequent months. And Promotional data will be used before any Bolt On data.
  5. No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot be transferred.
  6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
