Terms and conditions (“Terms”):

You can claim up to £50 off the upfront handset costs when you buy a new handset via www.o2.co.uk on a Refresh contract with a Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement (the “Offer”) between 6th October and 23rd December 2016 (the “Promotional Period”). Excludes iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Pay As You Go and Tablets. This Offer is being promoted by Telefónica UK Limited having its registered office at 260 Bath Road, Slough SL1 4DX ("O2"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18.
2. The Promotion is open only to existing O2 customers who have been invited to participate. Invitations will be sent by way of an online banner.

How to participate

3. To participate you ( “you” or the “Participant”) must purchase a handset with a 3GB or more tariff, directly from O2.co.uk on an O2 Refresh contract together with a 24 Month Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement during the Promotional Period (a “valid purchase”). iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus handsets are specifically excluded from this promotion.
4. The Promotional Period is between 6th October and 23rd December 2016.

The Offer

5. Participants who make a valid purchase will receive a voucher code which they can redeem at the online checkout for the Valid Purchase.
6. The voucher code shall discount the upfront costs of the Valid Purchase up to a maximum value of £50. Upfront costs that are less than £50 will be discounted in full but Participants have now claim on the balance.

Other important terms

7. The Offer applies to Pay Monthly phone handsets only. It is not available with purchases of a pay monthly tablet or pay as you go devices.
8. The Offer is not available with purchases of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
9. The Offer is not available with purchases of refurbished Devices.
10. Voucher code only redeemable on www.o2.co.uk by inputting the voucher code into the voucher code section of the online basket.
11. The Offer is not transferable and there will be no cash or other alternatives.
12. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice. Notice will be given by placing a dated note at the top of these Terms, which will be made available at o2.co.uk.
13. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
14. The Offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
