Xperia™ E5 Ghostbusters Content Bundle Offer (“Offer”)

Promoter: Sony Mobile Communications AB (of 221 88 Lund, Sweden (the ‘Promoter’) from 6th July 2016 to 31st August 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
In addition to the Offer terms and conditions set out below and the Sony Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available at www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/, you hereby accept and agree that the rules below may apply without limitation to the Offer and your use of this website. In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.

1. To participate in this Offer you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) need to purchase the Xperia™ E5 from Telefonica UK Limited’s (“O2”) direct sales channels, www.o2.co.uk or through O2 telesales during the Promotion Period.
2. Having purchased an Xperia™ E5 from O2, you may participate and claim the Ghostbusters Content Bundle (consisting of: a theme, Ghostbusters movies (1&2), exclusive behind the scenes footage and interviews and the Ghostbusters ring tone) ("Ghostbusters Bundle") in accordance with these terms and conditions on and between 6th July 2016 00:00:00 to 31st August 2016 23:59:59.
3. Redemption requires the Xperia™ Lounge app and the Privilege Plus app to be installed, both available on Google Play.
4. Compatible device with Android v4.2 or later required.
5. You can obtain the Ghostbusters Bundle from the Xperia Lounge Application

You will

1. Visit Xperia Lounge and click on the Ghostbusters promotional offer
2. Select the experience(s) you would like to download
3. Follow the on screen instructions

6. This promotion entitles the owner of Xperia™ devices (“You”) to claim and download 3 movies from a selection of at least 70 movies in the Privilege Plus Android™ application. Titles vary by market. You are only entitled to one voucher per purchase (“phone, accessories etc”). This promotion can be discontinued or extended at any time at Sony Mobile’s discretion. Transaction in Privilege Plus requires in app credits. Credits expire on the 30th April 2017.  Privilege Plus users must have redeemed their movie credit (s), downloaded their movies, and viewed at least once by the 30th April 2017 to continue to own their movie (s). You acknowledge and agree that titles are subject to change without prior notice. All titles are offered in Standard Definition and high definition where possible. You may use up to three eligible devices per Privilege Plus account. You may need more memory on your phone to download all films so use of a memory card is recommended. Privilege Plus is not available, or may not be supported, in every country and language. Icons and images are simulated and are for illustrative purposes only. You must be aged 18 or over. Virtual Reality experiences are only available on selected devices. Virtual Reality Experiences should only be viewed while seated. Follow all instructions included with your VR viewer before use. Stop use if you experience any discomfort or health reactions. 7. The customer must claim the Ghostbusters Bundle by 23:59:59 on 15th September 2016.
8. If you return your Xperia™ device, for change of mind, you will not be able to claim for the Ghostbusters Content Bundle.
9. The Ghostbusters Bundle can only be redeemed once per device per user.
10. The Ghostbusters Bundle cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
11. This Offer is only open to devices purchased, opened and activated in the UK.
12. This Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over only.
13. Customers are only eligible to redeem per qualifying Sony Xperia™ product.

Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer in order to avoid disappointment.
17. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of an Xperia™ E5), costs of using the Offer product, including accessing the internet if applicable.
18. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
