Priority prize draws for the European Premiere of STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI

Win a pair of tickets to the theatrical European Premiere of STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI, at a central London location week commencing 11th December 2017. Travel, accommodation, refreshments & any other costs are not included and are the responsibility of winners & their guest.

Note: These terms were updated in accordance with clause 17 of the General Priority Prize Draw terms and conditions, on 30 November 2017. We increased the number of prize draws for customers and entry dates and the number of prizes available over the promotional period has also been adjusted. There are no changes to terms or prizes affecting draws that have taken place prior to 30 November 2017.

Eligibility

1. Promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents, aged 16+ excluding employees or their immediate families of Disney, Lucasfilm Ltd, Bad Robot and/or O2.
2. If you have already won one of the Star Wars: The Last Jedi European Premiere Tickets Prize Draws run by O2 you will not be eligible to win again. If you enter and are drawn, you will be disqualified.
3. Winners or guests who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old, using one of the tickets included in the prize. Film not yet rated, please check the BBFC rating prior to attendance and ensure all guests are an appropriate age.
4. Entry Dates: There will be 18 prize draws launched between 13 November and 6 December 2017. Prize draw timings and number of winners are as follows:

   3. 00:00 until 23:59 on 21st November – 10 winners

   6. 00:00 until 23:59 on 24th November – 10 winners
   7. 00:00 until 23:59 on 25th November – 10 winners
   8. 00:00 until 23:59 on 26th November – 10 winners
   9. 00:00 until 23:59 on 27th November – 50 winners
   10. 00:00 until 23:59 on 28th November – 10 winners
   11. 00:00 until 23:59 on 29th November – 10 winners
   12. 00:00 until 23:59 on 30th November – 5 winners
   13. 00:00 until 23:59 on 1st December – 5 winners
   14. 00:00 until 23:59 on 2nd December – 5 winners
   15. 00:00 until 23:59 on 3rd December – 5 winners
   16. 00:00 until 23:59 on 4th December – 5 winners
   17. 00:00 until 23:59 on 5th December – 5 winners
   18. 00:00 until 23:59 on 6th December – 8 winners

How to enter:

5. Entry is via the Priority App. Only one entry per person per draw. From the Priority App tap the 'Use it Now' button, follow the URL and then simply input your name, email and mobile number on the page. No other methods of entry are accepted. Only one entry per mobile phone.

How to win:

6. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
7. Winners will be contacted by email and / or text and must respond positively within 24 hours of the date of the email or text to accept the prize. If winners do not respond in time, they will be disqualified & an alternative winner selected in their place.
8. Winners must then respond to all follow up communications in the time and manner requested therein to confirm availability and attendance. Failure to respond to any of the follow-up communications will mean you forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected in your place.
9. Alternative winners are subject to the same winning criteria set out in these terms.
10. Winners will be contacted by Stretch Communications Ltd, our prize verification agency. For any issues contact support@weticketit.com.

11. Win tickets to the European Premiere of STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI for yourself & a friend.
12. The European Premiere will be held at a central London location week commencing 11thDecember 2017. so please make sure you can attend before entering. If the winner is unable to attend the European Premiere on the specified date an alternative date will not be available. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold & no cash alternative will be offered.
13. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, refreshments or any other costs.
14. Entry to the European Premiere & venue shall be subject to the venue’s own rules and entry criteria and the venue may refuse right of entry. Winners and their guests will need to bring photo ID and agree to undergoing strict security checks which may include wanding, phone check-in & use of night-vision during the event.
15. Please note that due to the nature of the event, the European Premiere is subject to last minute change of date and location and, in circumstances that are beyond our control or for safety and security, the event may be cancelled altogether.
16. If the European Premiere is cancelled the Promoter will arrange a suitable alternative but is not responsible for reimbursing any travel or accommodation expenses already incurred.

These terms and entry instructions incorporate, and apply in addition to, the General Terms applying to all Priority Prize Draws. In the event of a conflict, these Offer Terms and Conditions shall take precedence. This prize draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
