These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer which you must accept to participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Offer Details

1. Offer available to Participant with a voucher code which can be redeemed to get 25% off the cost of all full price mobile phone, tablet and audio accessories (“Accessories”) purchased directly from O2 online only (the “Offer”). Discount is applied at the point of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, the vouchers cannot be used to redeem a discount from any device.
2. Participation in the Offer is subject to compliance with the voucher terms.
3. Accessories which are subject to the Offer are subject to availability.
4. Wearables and Toys are not Accessories and as such are expressly not included within this promotion. This includes (without limitation): Samsung Gear S2, Samsung Gear VR, Pebble Original, Pebble Steel, Samsung Gear VR Black, Samsung Gear Vr with controller, Fitbit Alta HR, Fitbit Alta, Fitbit Charge 2, Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Aria, Garmin vivosmart HR, Fitbit Flex 2
5. One Offer per Qualifying Purchase only. Offer is not transferable. No cash or other alternatives. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Customers should retain receipts as proof of purchase.
6. Invalid, duplicate or expired voucher codes will not be accepted. If you have any problems redeeming a valid code please contact us via web chat only where one of our representatives will be able to assist.

Eligibility & Participation

7. Offer is open to O2’s Platinum Customers who are UK residents (“Participants”).
8. Offer is available to all Platinum Customers by invitation only.
9. Participants who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Offer or the voucher codes will be disqualified from participating in this Offer.
10. If you return your accessory and if a refund is due on that return, the refund will not include the amount you redeemed using this Offer.

Other important terms

11. O2 reserves the right to remove promotional material from circulation, amend these Terms or withdraw the Offer at any point during the Offer Period. In the case of amendment or withdrawal a notice will be posted at the top of these Terms. In the event of unforeseen circumstances O2 reserves the right to substitute the Offer for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute O2’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. O2 will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
13. By participating in the Offer, all Participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms.
14. Data Protection: By participating in the Offer, Participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the Participant has consented. 15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
